Get a Personal Trainer to Help

As you do your workouts, you will come to a time when what you do could get boring. When this happens, you need to change the way you work out. This is important so you don’t lose your momentum, especially since you may already be losing weight and
obtaining a healthy thin body. What you can do is change the order of exercises you
do. This means changing the sequence or order of your exercises. It means grouping your exercises (supersetting, circuit training, tri-sets, etc.). You need to alter
the number of exercises you do per set. You can even increase the amount of resistance you apply. There are so many different ways of changing your workouts. The best way to make your changes and to keep up with what you do is by getting a personal trainer involved.

This way you get the right training and won’t have to worry about how you will get trained. All you have to do is tell the personal trainer your reason for exercises,
your goals, and what you wish to achieve. Once you do that, your personal trainer will work with you to make sure you succeed at your goals.

Once you have learned the proper routine from your trainer, and you’d rather do the workouts yourself, here are some changes you can make to your routine:

  • Do 10 sets of 3 and rest about 20 seconds between sets.
  • Use a heavy weight and complete 6 sets of 6 reps, with a break of about 3 minutes on a treadmill.
  • Use a maximum weight and do 10 sets of 1 rep with a break of 30 seconds between reps to rest.
  • Use a lighter than normal weight and do 1 set of 50 reps for each exercise.
  • Using a barbell do a clean & press or dumbbell squat & press. Do these exercises for 20 minutes.
  • Do pushups, pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, bodyweight squats, and lunges.
  • Do 12 different exercises covering the entire body without any rest between exercises.
  • Do the same 12 exercise but do them in reverse order without rest between exercises.
There are so many different ways of changing your routine. If you are unsure, ask your personal trainer, or while you are at the gym, just ask someone to help or
guide you.
