If you take to heart what is contained in this section of this blog and apply it to your everyday life, you may well notice nearly instant results. There have been
people who switched to the type of exercise and diet I explained in this section and found they felt better within three days and saw the weight come off. In fact, in some cases, weight loss of 10 pounds in a week was not unheard of. You may not experience the same thing, but if you practice the exercises described in this section and do your best to eat the right foods, you’ll find your body will respond in kind and you’ll begin to feel better, have more energy, and even lose some of that fat you have been carrying around for too long.

It’s all about getting healthy. That’s the important point. Do whatever it takes to find and eat good nutritious foods, and stay away from all poisons. Your body should soon respond by returning to its former good shape and health.
